Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BOI Made Easy services, solutions, or tools provided by BOI Made Easy (the “Service”), you (“Customer”) and Kevin C Jackson Inc., (“BOI Made Easy”), agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “Agreement”) which constitute the entire agreement between Customer and BOI Made Easy and govern Customer’s access and use of the Service. This Agreement governs, applies to, and is hereby incorporated into one (1) or more orders (each, an “Order”) executed by BOI Made Easy and the customer identified in the Order. If Customer is entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity (“Entity”), Customer represents that Customer has the authority to bind such Entity to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in such case, the term “Customer” shall refer to such Entity. If Customer does not have such authority, or if Customer does not agree with these terms and conditions, Customer must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAREFULLY READING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING SUCH SERVICE, CUSTOMER CONFIRMS THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

Except for liability arising from any fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, in no event will the liability of either party for direct damages exceed the subscription charges paid by Customer during the twelve (12) months prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will have any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits, revenue, or data), or punitive damages arising out of any provision of this Agreement, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data they provide. BOI Made Easy acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the accuracy of any data submitted by the Customer. In no event will BOI Made Easy have any liability for claims relating to business decisions made by Customer in reliance upon any of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, BOI Made Easy shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to any trial services, beta versions, or free plans.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Services Provided

BOI Made Easy offers services that assist in the preparation, review, and submission of BOI filings. These services are tailored to your specific needs, based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data you submit is accurate and complete.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of the services provided, once a filing has been submitted or completed on your behalf, we are unable to offer any refunds. By agreeing to our terms, you acknowledge that our service is provided as a final product, and once the submission is made, no returns or refunds will be issued.

3. Refunds for Incomplete or Canceled Services

If you decide to cancel your service before the filing has been reviewed or submitted by BOI Made Easy, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the extent of services already rendered and may include deductions for any work already performed, including document review and preparation.

To request a refund for an incomplete or canceled service, please contact us at help@boimadeasy.com within 7 days of purchase, and provide details of your request. Refunds will be processed within [number] business days upon approval.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Data

As outlined in our Terms of Service, BOI Made Easy is not responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. We do not offer refunds for errors or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information submitted by the customer. If incorrect data has been submitted to FinCEN, a corrected or updated filing can be processed for an additional (but reduced) fee.
